How do I find out when a public IT support contract ends?
The award notice on Contracts Finder or Find a Tender usually states the contract start and end dates. Contracts Radar emails you the contracts that end in the next 6 to 12 months, with a "re-tender likely from" date six months before the end.
Where does the data come from?
Official UK tender and award notices on Contracts Finder and Find a Tender, including pre-market notices, published under the Open Government Licence v3.0. We remove personal contact details and link every row to the official notice. We do not yet cover Public Contracts Scotland or Sell2Wales.
What are pre-market notices?
Notices a public buyer publishes on Find a Tender before the tender itself: pipeline notices, preliminary market engagement and planned procurement notices. They often give the expected tender date. Contracts Radar lists them so you can talk to the buyer before the tender is out.
Can my team get the alerts?
Yes. Add up to 25 colleagues at no extra cost. Each saved search can go to its own list, with its own frequency, and every person gets their own copy.
Can I get alerts every day?
Yes. Set a saved search to daily: you get the full alert on Monday and, Tuesday to Friday, any tenders published since the day before (no email on days with nothing new). Weekly and monthly are there too.
Can I watch specific buyers or competitors?
Yes. Name the buyers you want to follow and every open tender and contract ending within 24 months from them is listed. Name competitors and you see the contracts they hold that end within 18 months.
Does it work with Slack, Excel or my CRM?
Every alert has a CSV spreadsheet and a calendar file. You also get a live calendar subscription, live CSV and JSON feeds for your CRM, and you can send each alert to Slack or any webhook.
Can I choose my region and contract size?
Yes. Set regions, a minimum and maximum value, buyer types (schools, councils, NHS, housing, universities and more), keywords, CPV codes and words to exclude, for up to 10 saved searches. Change them any time from the settings link in every alert.
Can I get the contracts into Excel or my calendar?
Yes. Every alert comes with a CSV spreadsheet and a calendar file, each contract has an "add to calendar" link, and you can subscribe to a live calendar of bid deadlines and contract end dates.
