Terms of service

These terms are between you and Brightbench Ventures Ltd (company number 17528513, registered in England and Wales, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ).

1. Business customers only. Our subscriptions are for businesses, not consumers. By subscribing you confirm you are acting for a business.
2. The service. A weekly email alert built from official public data, as described on the product page. It is information, not advice. Public data can be incomplete, late or wrong, and contract end dates exclude extensions; check the official source before acting.
3. Price and billing. The monthly price shown on the product page, billed in advance by Stripe until you cancel. We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price change.
4. Cancellation. Cancel any time from the billing portal; access runs to the end of the paid month. No refunds for part months, unless we stop the service early, in which case we refund the unused part.
5. Use of alerts. For use inside your business. Do not resell the alerts. If you contact organisations listed in an alert, you are responsible for complying with data-protection and marketing law.
6. Liability. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits or lost contracts.
7. Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
